Hi my name is SJ and I heart food!

In fact you could say I am obsessed with food … which is the reason Cully&Sully’s Chef Factor competition appealed to me so much. Win a Ballymaloe Cookery Course (literally the holy grail) by preparing/cooking some tasty and delicious food! What could suit me better? Oh and there was a photo involved … I’m There!!!

So off I went home and made some Raw Milk Cheese, raw milk being the unpasteurised unhomogenised variety straight from the cow! Luckily I know a man with a few cows, I like to call him Dad.

Took some delightful photos, wrote a little blurb all about myself and entered.

Then, all hell broke loose.

At this stage of the game (T -16 days) I am roughly in 6th position with 1,300 votes .. with the leader nearer to 3,000 votes. I have emailed, facebooked, tweeted, asked and cajoled in an attempt to secure votes … and I have done really well I think!

But I want to do better, I want to win.

Thats where you come in. I need votes, winning this prize would truly make my dream come true and ,without going all xfactor on it, it would change the direction of my life! (in, like, a good way)
